1. Ticket Purchase & Confirmation

Tickets may be purchased through our Website or authorized ticketing partners. A purchase is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. Event date, time, and location will be provided at the time of purchase or in your confirmation email.

2. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets are not redeemable for cash.

Failure to attend an Event for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or travel disruptions, does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Canceled, Postponed, or Rescheduled Events

Sober Saturdays reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or relocate an Event at its discretion.

• If an Event is canceled, you may receive a refund or credit at Sober Saturdays' discretion.
• If an Event is rescheduled or moved, your ticket will remain valid for the new date or location.
• Refunds or credits, if issued, will not exceed the original ticket purchase price.
• Sober Saturdays is not responsible for travel costs, accommodations, or other expenses incurred in connection with Event changes.

5. Event Participation & Conduct

You agree to comply with all rules, policies, and instructions communicated by Sober Saturdays, the host gym, and any trainers (“Event Rules”).

Sober Saturdays reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant without refund if their conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or in violation of Event Rules.

6. Third-Party Facilities & Trainers

Events are held at independently owned and operated gym facilities. Fitness instruction is provided by trainers employed or contracted by the host gym.

Sober Saturdays is not responsible for the condition, maintenance, or operation of the gym facility or equipment. Your participation is subject to the host facility's rules and policies in addition to these Terms.

7. No Guarantee of Promotional Items

Sober Saturdays may distribute sponsored products, samples, or promotional items at Events. Availability is not guaranteed and may be limited. Sober Saturdays reserves the right to withhold or modify promotional offerings at its discretion.

8. Website Use & Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Use automated systems (bots, scraping tools, etc.) to access or purchase tickets.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website.
• Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfere with Website functionality or security.
• Submit false or misleading information.

All Website content, branding, trademarks, and materials are the exclusive property of Sober Saturdays LLC.

9. Disclaimers

The Website and Events are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Sober Saturdays makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Participation in Events involves inherent physical risks as further detailed in the Waiver.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sober Saturdays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits.

If Sober Saturdays is found liable for any claim arising from your purchase or participation, liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your ticket or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sober Saturdays, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, the host gym, and related parties from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of:

• Your participation in an Event
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law

12. Reservation of Rights

Sober Saturdays reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Events or Website access at any time without notice.

13. Termination

Sober Saturdays may terminate or restrict your access to the Website or Events if you violate these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the Event is held, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.

15. Prevailing Terms

Claims relating to physical participation in an Event are governed by the Waiver. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Waiver, the Waiver shall control.

16. Modifications

Sober Saturdays may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or purchase of tickets after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sober Saturdays regarding ticket purchases and Website use.
