Sober Saturdays is a fitness and wellness community offering weekend night alternatives to going to the bar through events like fitness classes, group and individual sports, and social wellness experiences.
Do I have to be sober to come?
No. We have community members who are sober and members who are not sober. Our goal is not to encourage a no-alcohol lifestyle but to offer alternatives to people who want to enjoy the weekend without having to go to the bar.
