Join us at Fox Training for an afternoon built around movement, connection, and community – grab a friend or come solo! Guests will have the option to join either a high energy HIIT class (1 hr) or a community run (3 miles – 9 min pace), with both taking place simultaneously before everyone comes together for a post-workout social hour featuring a variety of recovery snacks and drinks.
